Re: Industrial training files
Hi, these are few questions I asked Mr Kama:
1) I have not found yet which company I'm going to apply. So can I just email you the template of my LoA?
2) For LoE, are the address of company and date to be left blank?
3) If I want to apply through internet, can I just scan LoE and use it?
And he answered:
1) By 28 Feb, you should have at least one company to apply. Just put one company name on the LoA and email it back to me. This is also to those who have more than one company to apply, just email me one LoA. In the end, I will just have one LoA, LoE and Resume each from all of you.
Say that if you have 3 companies to apply, just prepare me one sample set of your LoA, LoE and Resume by February 28 and you can proceed sending out these documents to all 3 companies beginning March.
2) The latest file I gave you, has been changed to "To Whom It May Concern". Just put the date on February 28 2010.
3) Yes, one good thing if you have everything in softcopy, you may do so by email as some companies prefer this. What is left is the LOE because it has to be printed out in hardcopy. You can just scan the signed LoE and email it together with LoA and your resume.
I hope this will be helpful
